  • Bylaws and Preliminary Minutes & Action or LLC Operating Agreement Template

Starting at $250 Single with W-2
$400 Married with W-2 & No Children
$475 Single/Married/Head of Household with W-2 & Children
$180 Schedule A (itemized deductions)
$280/hour Schedule D (Stock Trades or Asset Sales)
$180 EIC form 8867 is required
$325 for rental property (Schedule E)

State filing fee may be applicable

$800 Form 1099-NEC Schedule C & Single Member LLC with financials provided
$1500 Multi-member LLC, S or C Corp starting at with financials provided (1120, 1120s, 1065) – Includes a tax action plan with 30 minute tax consult, and tax entries provided (Quickbooks)

1099 filing fees $70 for first 2, then $25/per
